The team had the chance to participate to a 10-days sampling in Iceland, hosted by the Marine and Freshwater Institute Iceland (MFRI). This expedition was a pilot project led by EMBL Heidelberg to prepare the full TREC expedition in 2023-2024. We collected plankton and symbioses on the coastline. Nice to continue to collaborate with colleagues from EMBL, EPFL, Biozentrum Basel and University of Geneva.
